Steps to access the 培训 site:

1. 去 http://skidmore.okta.com/login/login.htm
2. Enter your 火博体育大学 login credentials to access Okta
3. Under My Apps, click on 了解更多Skidmore
4. Once on the 培训 Portal site- click 保护儿童: Identifying and Reporting Sexual 不当行为, listed under My Learning
5. Under 培训 Slides, click on 保护儿童: Identifying and Reporting Sexual 不当行为
6. follow the on-screen instructions to complete the course
7. Once finished, you will receive an email from the system confirming your course completion

Workplace harassment prevention & preventing sexual harassment

4. Once on the 培训 Portal site- click Workplace Harassment Prevention listed under My Learning
5. Under 培训 Slides, click on Workplace Harassment Prevention
6. Select your preferred language 为 viewing the course
7. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the course
8. Once finished, you will receive an email from the system confirming your course completion
9. Return to the 了解更多Skidmore homepage and click on Preventing Sexual Harassment to complete the second 培训

Please note that since this 培训 is an annual requirement, you will be required to re-take this 培训 as part of the College’s annual roll out unless your hire date was within the grace window as defined by the College.
